1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase for unworn, unused watches in original packaging.
• Watches must include all original documentation, accessories, and authentication paperwork.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized, engraved, or special-order watches are non-returnable.
• Any watch showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return.

3. Refund Process

• Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange your watch for another model, please contact us within the return period. Exchange approvals are subject to availability.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• We recommend using insured and trackable shipping for all returns. Luxe Chrono is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
