Fill out our online form to submit your watch for evaluation. After receiving your request, we’ll contact you via email to request clear photos. Expect a response with our offer within three business days.

Once you accept the offer, provide a photocopy of your state ID. We’ll send you a pre-paid, insured UPS shipping label along with detailed instructions. Drop off your watch at a UPS Store, and we’ll handle the rest.

Upon arrival, our experts will authenticate and certify your watch within one business day. While our initial valuation remains consistent, adjustments may be made based on wear, tear, or movement and crystal condition.

After processing, payment will be sent via bank wire or store credit, ensuring a quick and secure transaction.
